    2 medium-sized Raw Mangoes
    2 cups Jaggery powder
    1 cup water
    1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
    1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
    1/2 teaspoon Roasted Coriander powder
    1 or 2 Bay Leaf
    1 teaspoon Ghee
    1 Red chilli (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Wash the raw mangoes and peel them. Cut them into thin slices.
    1. In a pan, put ghee and add bay leaf, red chilli, cumin seeds and fennel seeds, cook for few seconds till they start spluttering.
    2. Add Mango pieces into pan, stir until mangoes are golden brown and soft.
    3. In another pan, combine Jaggery powder and water. Bring to two to three boils, stirring until the jaggery dissolves completely.
    4. Add the raw mango pieces to the jaggery syrup. Cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the syrup thickens.
    5. Add Roasted coriander powder to the mixture. Stir well.
    6. Turn off the heat and let the murabba cool to room temperature.
    7. Once cooled, transfer the murabba to a clean, dry jar. Store it in the refrigerator.

    8-10 curry leaves
    1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (Hing)
    Salt to taste
    2 tablespoons peanuts, roasted (optional)
    Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
    2. Add cumin seeds, dry red chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds.
    3. Add grated raw mango and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the raw mango is slightly cooked.
    4. Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.
    5. Add the cooked rice to the pan. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients.
    6. Add roasted peanuts and mix well.
    7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    9. Serve hot or at room temperature.

    Summer is at its peak and as a comfort lover I cannot wear every print that is in my wardrobe. This summer I love to wear those fabrics and prints that suits to my eyes and in which I feel comfortable. So after lots of research and trying the prints, here I want to let you know, which fabric you should choose in this hot days so that you do not look for the time to come home and get switch to your comfy shorts. Let me explain about 10 summer clothing pattern

    1 Plain Kurta

    This is mine all time favourite. Without any print, look how comfy is that and you do not need to think more while wearing plain clothes because with this you can carry any patterned scarf and handbag. It’s quite a trick if you are in hurry or did not decide what to wear with your accessories.
    Make sure that the colour of plain kurta/ dress should be eye-pleasing and soothing. Light colors like lavender, beige, white, off-white, pink, turquoise, skin colour, sky-blue are perfect example for this one.
    I love to adopt plain kurta in this summer that is cotton or other soft fabric, it’s goes well with plain Palazzo and printed scarf, a wrist watch and a little tote bag, your sunnies on and TADA!! You are ready to go on work. it’s good summer clothing pattern.

    2 Polka Dots

    Polka dots, a timeless fashion statement, is in fashion world for many centuries and still it’s charm is not less than 90s. I love polkas since childhood. It’s simple yet stylish. When you’re in confusion, choose it. It will give you a beautiful look.

    3 Floral Print

    I am a nature-lover and I love flowers every time. There is no any mood to get flowers, hehe, you can get it anytime. So in this scorching heat, I would love to get a floral print outfit and I would love to imagine that I’m in flowers valley, haha, funny right?
    But yeah, literally it’s a beautiful print for summer days. You can go for floral maxi dress, floral long skirts, floral midi, floral jumpsuits, floral peplum top and the list of floral dress goes on. Must invest in it.

    4 Chevron

    Chevron is a fun pattern made for zig zag stripes. They are simply aesthetic to adopt in hot days.

    5 Paisley Print

    The paisley pattern, known for its timeless charm, rich history, and versatile aesthetics, is set to make a significant resurgence in 2024. I’m personally in love with this aesthetics print and it this summer, do not forget to try it out.

    6 Super Bright Stripes

    Perfectly perfect in this heat, get your sunglasses on, wear some bright color hoops that matches with the color of stripes and you are all set to step out.

    Yes, yes, yes. Go for it.
